The Hi-Line
Vera (Rachel Leigh Cook) is an ambition-less young woman living with her parents in small-town Montana. When Sam Polvino (Ryan Alosio) arrives in town, purportedly hiring for a new discount store about to be built, it gradually becomes obvious that the story is a ruse. He tells Vera that her biological father has recently died in prison, and he\u0027d told him about a daughter named Vera he\u0027d given up for adoption. Vera and Sam set off on a quest to find her birth mother.
