天賜良源(VI) - 火龍果與魚露 - 第3集
本集「大王」安德尊與呂慧儀將帶大家走訪越南藩切，細說當地著名特產：火龍果與魚露。 原產中美洲的火龍果大約在30年前引入越南。由於奪目嫩紅加上獨特外表，火龍果最初被居民視為「聖果」，用作供奉祖先與神袛，後來才大量種植出口。安德尊與呂慧儀本集將帶大家走訪火龍果種植園，認識火龍果及其種植過程，尤其在果園之內，竟是愈夜愈美麗？ 魚露是越南菜的靈魂，能作為調味與佐料，為菜式增飾美味。本集將帶大家進入一家已經營兩代，具四五十年歷史的魚露製作工場，一睹魚露製作的過程與智慧。食材專家吳鴻森更會教大家如何簡單鑑別優質魚露！
