Le Maroc est le premier pays africain à accueillir la 5e conférence francophone sur le VIH/Sida qui s’ouvre à dimanche à Casablanca. Dans ce pays musulman, frontalier de l’Europe, le Sida reste une maladie honteuse. Le gouvernement marocain ainsi que de nombreuses associations tentent de briser les tabous.
