葉澍堃：「我記得2003年的時候，經濟也很差，當時有很多人都不敢出街吃飯、消費，雖然如此，但是我們和各行各業開會想辦法，最後當然大家都知道沙士過去，市道復甦，今天的金融海嘯，當然令很多人的財富減少，失業率亦上升，但記得去年九月我去四川地震災區，探訪那些災民的時候，當日他們的生活環境比我們現在差很多，可是他們仍然充滿希望，並沒有怨天尤人，而且團體小母牛給了他們一些羊，於是他們靠養羊維生，種田、種菜，希望大家永不放棄，積極面對。」
