The Environmental Protection Commission says the oil may not even reach the Tampa Bay area.  NOAA confirms oil in the loop current. BP claims they are collecting 3,000 barrels of oil per day. 'Top Kill' to be tried next. Coast Guard says Key West has a plethora of tar balls, none from the spill. NOAA says oil may evaporate before reaching Florida Keys. USF investigating effects on deeper waters.
