In trading on Tuesday, the SPDR KBW Regional Banking ETF (KRE) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.8% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Wintrust Financial (WTFC), up about 3.9% and shares of Bancorpsouth (BXS), up about 3.4% on the day.
