Also: Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney speaks at the 35th annual conference of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) saying that the European debt crisis could still have an effect on Canada and warning banks they should be ready for radical reforms to the world financial system. Immigration Minister Jason Kenney announces the Strengthening the Value of Canadian Citizenship Act – legislation to crack down on people who obtain or keep their Canadian citizenship using fraudulent means.
