Bob Iger, the CEO of Disney (NYSE:DIS), says that the owners of Hulu — Disney, News Corp (NASDAQ:NWSA), NBC Universal (NASDAQ:CMCSA) and Providence Equity Partners-- are committed to selling the online video site. Iger predicts a sale will occur, but cannot say when, he commented on the sidelines of Allen & Co’s Sun Valley media conference. Google (NASDAQ:GOOG), Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) and Yahoo (NASDAQ:YHOO) are in the early stages of talks with Hulu, sources say. Walt Disney (NYSE:DIS) has a potential upside of 21.4% based on a current price of $39.64 and an average consensus analyst price target of $48.14.
