一時停電した新幹線の車内
２９日午後１時４９分ごろ、横浜市神奈川区羽沢町の東海道新幹線で架線が切れ、品川—小田原間が停電、東京—新大阪の全区間で運転を見合わせた。品川— 小田原間で上下５本が駅間に停車し、約３１００人が車内に閉じこめられた。同５時１３分に停電は復旧したが、東海道区間だけで上下５６本が運休、１９０本が遅れ、約１４万９千人に影響した。新大阪以西の山陽新幹線も含めダイヤが終日乱れた。
