通過政改方案 葉國謙稱歷史時刻
立法會通過政改方案，民建聯葉國謙說是一個歷史時刻，令政制改革行出一步，對香港很重要。他又說，高興民主黨最後作出一個轉變，以理性務實態度處理政改問題。 自由黨主席劉健儀說，投票一刻感到喜悅，因為由政改方案諮詢開始至今日，經過不少折騰，她說雖然當政府臨近表決階段，提出考慮民主黨方案，令自由黨感奇怪，但她強調如果對市民有利，該黨都支持。
