The Wichita Mountain area in southwest Oklahoma is among the finest places in the state. Mount Scott offers a wonderful rock climbing experience. See the prairie dogs or free roaming buffalo. The wildlife refuge also offers great photo opportunities. Not too far away, you’ll find the world- famous Meers burger or stop by for a swim in Medicine Park. Also, don't forget to check out the Holy City. Camp sites, hiking trails, fishing, and wide open spaces are all here at the Wichita Mountains.
