野党提出の仮払い法案、参院復興委で可決
参院震災復興特別委は１４日、野党５党が提出した、原発事故の被害者に対し、国が東京電力に代わって賠償金を仮払いする法案を自民党などの賛成多数で可決した。民主・自民・公明各党による修正協議は決裂したため、今後は送付された衆院で合意を目指す。
