Burning Fight is a scrolling beat em up made by SNK for the Neo Geo The game looks and plays very similar to the classic arcade game Final Fight. Two of the main characters Ryu and Duke even look like Cody and Guy from the Capcom classic. The storyline in this game is simple, two American cops are joined by a japanese police officer in trail of a bunch of baddies who are up to no good. Along the way you beat the living crap out of loads of lovely animated baddies, with a nice of selection of moves at your disposal. The backgrounds in this game are extremely colourful with loads of objects you can destroy so you can power up. The only let down i found was the music is a little uninspiring. But over its a great game that I’m glad i finally got to play.
