Core Fitness
This exercise program is designed to strengthen your core muscle groups, including the upper legs, hips, buttocks, back, abs, and shoulders. Too often, exercise programs are designed to provide men those “beach biceps” or the “sculptured legs” for women that have the goal of impressing other people and not actually making you healthier. This series of yoga stretches and resistant training exercises will make you stronger, healthier and happier. The program takes about 40 minutes to complete and only needs to be done three to four times a week for you to see a marked improvement in your strength, energy, and quality of life.
