Cisco Systems Plans To Offer Senior Notes, Terms TBD
Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) announced today that it intends to offer senior notes under an automatic shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The actual terms of the notes such as the interest rate, principal amount and maturity date will depend on market conditions at the time of the offering. The company’s stated usage of the funds is for general corporate purposes. BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo Securities are all acting as joint book-running managers.
