Proving that you don’t have to live in Spain to enjoy its gustatory pleasures, the second season of this PBS series follows chef Jose Andres as he travels between his Washington, D.C., home and his native country to serve up recipes of the region. From Madrid to Valencia, Andres takes viewers to the sources of his culinary inspiration — introducing the region and its people -- before showing them how to recreate the dishes in their own homes.
