En 2005, le voyageur Philippe Sauve se lance dans une traversée de la Sibérie en canoë. Armé d'une caméra, il filme seul un documentaire original, qu'il monte avec l'aide du réalisateur Jean-Baptiste Warluzel. Le documentaire a reçu le Prix du film d'Exploration 2007.
