消基會抽測迷你電風扇 不合格率高達96%
消基會與標檢局8日抽測桌上迷你電風扇，發現21件樣品中，有20件標示不合格，不合格率高達96%，標檢局組長林傳偉說，若廠商沒有加以改進，依法可以處以2萬元至20萬元不等的罰款。
