這次和大家講飲講食的名人嘉賓是周麗淇和鄭威濤,兩位年輕人,吃的並不限於時下主流菜系,他們亦懂得四處走走,探索好味的食店介紹給觀眾。 首先去到大埔一間麵店,吃出名的魚蛋粉,那裡的魚蛋是由新鮮的黃門鱔肉所製,絕不混合其他低質食材,名符其實,正! 食家李純恩開設的牛肉麵店,當然要試試,還有招牌蝦麵、東坡肉,樣樣也做得很出色。 久不久,大家或許都想吃一次齋菜,清腸胃,助減肥,Ricky和Niki來到一間素菜館,素翅芙蓉餃拼蘿蔔絲包、酥炸雲吞球、南亞雜菌盤、西蘭花伴牛肝菌、百寶牛油果撻、味噌浸日本粉絲黑木耳皇帝菜、松子仁炒河塘芥蘭,嘩!口水流了出來! 杭州菜多用蟹粉,蟹粉炒河蝦、蟹黃鮑翅、炒蟹粉拌麵,再來一個煙熏黃魚,飲一杯龍井,人生一大樂事。 與草蜢吃和牛火鍋,與米雪姐吃用筷子夾的涼粉甜品,以及跟Ricky學龍蝦刺身、日式串燒,今餐真是豐富。
