Welsh Rarebit To Go With Your Beer
Cheese and bread.  Those 2 ingredients are the making of something good. And, when you add a fancy name, great presentation, and some beer, it’s savory, yummy, goodness on a plate. Chef Paul was in a quirky mood this time, as you’ll see from the edit. The Fish Tale in this episode is a fantastic brew. It really complemented the cheesy nature of this dish, and would go well with a lot of other foods as well. They ROCK for sending us the beer we’re using in this episode.
