iReport —          I made this vidieo, Here in my  home, in Maben, Mississippi, today, Wednesday July 13, 2011.         Here, I am talking about the need for The Mississippi Legislature to pass a bill to make animal abuse, in Mississippi, a felony, and not only, a misdemeanor.         The  law, recently enacted by The Mississippi Legislature, is a very weak one, which allows people to abuse animals longer, before they can be charged with a felony.
