Trained by a North Korean terrorist organization to be a deadly assassin, the beautiful but deadly Hee (Yoon-jin Kim) has taken the lives of many. Ryu (Suk-kyu Han), a special agent of OP, South Korea’s top-secret intelligence agency, along with his partner Lee (Min-sik Choi), has tried to capture her for years. Ryu keeps his profession a secret from his pretty fiancée, Hyun, a recovering alcoholic who runs a tropical fish store. Meanwhile, Hee' organization has hijacked a military truck transporting enough of the explosive CTX to destroy the entire city of Seoul; they plan to sabotage a soccer match between North and South Korea, effectively ending the recent thaw between the two countries. Ryu gets word of the plot, but will he be able to find Hee and stop it in time?
