Build Strength: Squat, Benchpress, Dead lift
Get a stronger body in 15 minutes with just three moves: the squat, bench press and dead lift.  Starting with the squat, do two sets using light weights. Rest 90 seconds between each set, then add enough weight so that you max out after 6 reps. Rest 2 minutes and then do the same for both the bench press and the dead lift. These three simple moves will give you a stronger, firmer body in no time!
