US Says China Too Slow on Currency Reform
China is facing a fresh round of criticism over its currency exchange rate policy as the long standing dispute between Washington and Beijing heats up. Critics accuse China of manipulating its currency — keeping the yuan artificially low to give Chinese goods a price advantage in world markets. On Thursday, U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said the U.S. is considering new action to pressure China to move more quickly. Business reporter Mil Arcega has more.
