林瑞麟：政府預留900萬元宣傳政改
政制及內地事務局局長林瑞麟表示，政府為2012年政改方案的宣傳預留900萬元，其中電視短片及電台宣傳聲帶佔330萬元，報章及網頁廣告佔250萬元，另外巴士的士及港鐵燈箱廣告，則佔150萬元。 林瑞麟在立法會上表示，有關宣傳是為了推廣政府政策，令公眾更加明白2012年政制向前發展的意義及重要性，既沒有促進個別機構及個人的利益，亦沒有為個別政黨宣傳，因此並非政治廣告。 但有議員質疑，這是政府用特權透過公共空間作政治宣傳。
