Climate Change, Pregnancy and Mental Health
Suzanne King, PhD hosted the 2009 conference: Climate Change, Pregnancy and Mental Health. The stress caused by living through cataclysmic events may have far reaching mental health implications, especially for pregnant women and their children. The over-reaching goal of the conference was to develop a plan for how best to conduct research on pregnant women during natural disasters, so that appropriate interventions can be implemented.
