黃河，中國人的河。不到長城非好漢，不到黃河心不死。但對香港人來說，黃河很遙遠，對於陳鍵鋒來說亦很遠。回歸十年，陳鍵鋒跟很多香港人一樣，從來沒有到過黃河，今集陳鍵鋒人生第一次感受到黃河的澎湃。澎湃的黃河，由西向東來，橫貫中國九個省份，全長5464公里 滾滾河水經過黃土高原，將大量的泥引入，令黃河成為世界上含沙量最高的河。今次，陳鍵鋒在近距離接觸過黃河後，對生活有很大的反省。
