貢寮舉辦的海洋音樂祭，今天進入第四天重頭戲獨立樂團比賽，許多民眾不畏艷陽高照，在沙灘上隨音樂起舞，前天盧廣仲壓軸演出，讓前來的粉絲，在沙灘上又吼又叫，high翻天。(2011/07/08)
