「日本の被災地のことを考えて...」 NYのタイムズスクエアでビデオメッセージ上映
「日本の被災地のことを考えてください」と呼びかけるビデオメッセージが、11日、アメリカ・ニューヨークのタイムズスクエアで上映されている。ニューヨークの観光名所、タイムズスクエアの大型スクリーンに映し出されたのは、「ニューヨークを行き交う皆さん。少し立ち止まって、日本の被災地のことを考えてください」という文字。30秒のビデオは、広告を学ぶアメリカ人の大学生7人が制作し、東日本大震災から4カ月となった11日に上映された。ビデオを制作した学生は「シンプルに、世界は日本とともにあると伝えたかった。1人ではないと」と話した。このメッセージは、11日の終日、1時間に2回ほど流されている。
