他是一個平凡人，樣子普通，性格內歛，在人群中並不突出，生於平凡家庭。二十六年來，他過著平凡人的生活，入了一間頗有規模的公司做IT工作。下班後，他跟很多香港人一樣，進修增值，一星期五晚讀兩個課程，學設計，讀電腦工程。 1998年11月27日，他遇上了一件不平凡的意外，改寫了下半生。在九龍塘地鐵站月台候車時，被人推落路軌。他只有二十六歲。最後他失去了右腳，左腳半月板也全碎裂，腦部做過手術，留下了一道長長疤痕。 十年來，他很努力生活，為要重拾一個平凡人的生活，如常人一樣，繼續工作，繼續運動，繼續開心過生活。
