Progress city is located nearby Decatur Illinois and is an outside convention center which is connected with all possible infrastructure like parking space, roads, drainage, underground electricity, telephone lines etc.   It is a division of Richland Community College in Illinois. It was built in partnership between state, federal and local communities as well. Its' goal is to enable a more or less permanent home for the Farm Progress Show in the years between 2005 and 2025.
