名人飯堂 - 名人食家的點名食肆 - 第15集
今集是《名人飯堂》的最後一集,請來了三位知名的食家,包括梁文韜、鄭威濤和李純恩,一起帶大家品嚐他們眼中的好味食店,來一個圓滿的終結。 朝早起床,一於喝早茶,這間茶樓已開業很久,出品的點心更是酒樓自家製,全部真材實料又新鮮,此外,大大件的花膠扒,要用刀叉來吃,多暢快。 潮州菜館介紹過很多,今次吃的潮州菜,可謂充滿地道風味,正宗的紅燒潮州翅、琵琶蝦、凍蟹等傳統菜式必然上品,大眼雞、春菜亦非常出色,吃得小生、Niki等人不停口。 另一個港人喜歡的菜系,應該是廣東菜,骨香鷹倉魚、糯米蟹、古法太爺雞、大良炒鮮奶,每種都是功夫加心機才能做得好。 吃海鮮,第一個地方會想起流浮山,這裡的海鮮都由漁民出海捕獲,大大隻肥美生蠔,曬至金黃色,是當地特產,沙參玉竹魚扣湯、黃皮杉斑炒球、椒豉蝦、蒸三寶,想吃的太多了。 圍村菜也有其悠久的歷史和味道,韜韜是圍村人,對菜式瞭如指掌,豬肺頭蝴蝶腩燉菜膽湯、新鮮無骨燒腩、糯米乳香豬全體、生炒天梯拼生腸、柚皮火腩脆鱔煲,嘩!腰圍就快大過圍村了!
