Scabbo is based on the true story of Hepburn, a transvestite drug addict living in the infamous Tenderloin area of San Francisco.When Hepburn’s alcoholic crack-head neighbor Craig winds up dead in her room,various unsavory local characters and a dogged SF detective seek the truth of Craigs' mysterious death and subsequent haunting of Hepburn.
