In einem Mehrfamilienhaus in Kassel türmen sich mit Wasser gefüllte Eimer und Plastikflaschen. Denn alle Wasserhähne und sogar die Klospülung liefern kein Wasser. Schuld ist offenbar der Vermieter. Er soll die Nebenkosten der Mieter nicht weitergeleitet haben. Wasser und Strom wurden abgestellt.
