NS MA:UTILITY WORK FIRE
SUGGEST ARCHIVE Shot 07/06/2011.## SOMERVILLE, Mass. — An electrical worker was working on a utility pole when a fire broke out. His coworkers are now credited with saving him from danger. Things looked dire when a hydraulic fuel line broke on an NSTAR truck igniting a fierce fire that trapped an NSTAR worker way up high. "Oh my God, it was horrible," said Pauline Karavakis, resident. "It was intense, very intense. The flames were unbelievable, the smoke," said Gary Trombley, tried to help. That man had no choice but to jump out and grab what he could. The man then wisely clung to the lower utility lines, telephone and cable, instead of the high voltage power lines above.## please archive per Tiffany - not archiving raw 07567656##
