Things looked dire when a hydraulic fuel line broke on an NSTAR truck igniting a fierce fire that trapped an NSTAR worker way up high. "Oh my God, it was horrible," said Pauline Karavakis, resident. "It was intense, very intense. The flames were unbelievable, the smoke," said Gary Trombley, tried to help. That man had no choice but to jump out and grab what he could.
