Tyco International Announces $1 Annual Dividend, Up 19% From
Tyco International (NYSE:TYC) announced a $1.00 per share annual dividend, to be paid quarterly, 19% higher than its previous annual dividend of $0.84 per share.The first $0.25 per share payment is scheduled for May 25, 2011 to shareholders of record on April 29, 2011.The $1.00 annual dividend represents a 2.21% yield based on Tuesday’s closing price of $45.24 per share.
