Scrums The Opposition continued its attack on Immigration Minister Jason Kenney, as Liberal leader Michael Ignatieff, NDP Deputy leader Thomas Mulcair and Liberal Immigration critic Justin Trudeau objected to a ministerial certificate bearing the Conservative Party logo that Kenney had handed out in 2009 to a Chinese restaurant in Ottawa. Ignatieff and Muclair also questioned the connection between the “in and out” scheme and Nigel Wright, the Prime Minister’s chief of staff.Bloc Québécois leader Gilles Duceppe responded to questions about the planned shipment of decommissioned nuclear steam generators through the Great Lakes and the St. Lawrence Seaway to Sweden for recycling.
