Scrums The Opposition continued its attack on Immigration Minister Jason Kenney, as Liberal leader Michael Ignatieff, NDP Deputy leader Thomas Mulcair and Liberal Immigration critic Justin Trudeau objected to a ministerial certificate bearing the Conservative Party logo that Kenney had handed out in 2009 to a Chinese restaurant in Ottawa.
