ＪＲ東社長、都知事に震災当日の対応を謝罪
ＪＲ東日本・清野社長は２０日、石原都知事と面会し、東日本大震災当日の帰宅困難者への対応について謝罪。震災当日、ＪＲが早い段階で終日運休を決定し、多くの駅でシャッターを閉じて帰宅困難者を閉め出したことについて、石原知事は抗議文を出していた。
