Former Chief Vigilance Commissioner P J Thomas whose appointment to the post was declared illegal by the Supreme Court on Wednesday July 13 filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking directions to the government to not finalise the appointment of the new CVC till President Pratibha Patil decides his representation
