唐英年：區議會功能組別提名門檻足令不同黨派競爭
立法會剛以46支持票通過2012年行政長官選舉辦法，現正進入討論2012年立法會選舉辦法。 政務司司長唐英年發言時感激支持的議員，為政制發展撥開一半雲霧，他對反對的議員感到失望，但亦抱有期望，希望他們在立法會選舉辦法決議案時改變立場。 唐英年表示，2012年立法會選舉辦法顯著增加民主成分，政府因應法律的澄清及形勢變化，採納「一人兩票」方案，320萬選民同樣擁有兩票，方案令各方互惠，政府會在完成「五部曲」後，會進行本地立法，政府會聽取不同黨派意見，新增區議會功能組的提名門檻，會合理、公道，容許不同黨派足夠競爭。
