When a box arrives at 49 Theodore Square, Barker gives instructions to a curious Polly, Alice and Henry that they must wait until Freddy arrives home to find out if it’s the magic hat and wand he ordered.   But their curiousity soon gets the better of them and Freddy's magic things go missing! It is revealed that Baby Arthur had a hand in its disappearance. When Freddy returns home he's not too cross that his new hat was found, covered in mud, in the garden.
