舞台为大阪的高校 - 舞户学园。主角小泉理沙（身高172cm）和大谷敦士（身高156.2cm）是入学以来的恶交。两人的身高差距，加上如搞笑艺人般的吵架吐槽，使他们自然而然地成为学校有名的『ALL阪神·巨人（日本的双人搞笑组合）』。 虽然大谷和理沙每次见面都会吵架，但其实两人在音乐和兴趣方面都十分投契，加上两者身高的差异，令他们逐渐在意对方。与此同时，理沙开始觉得大谷十分细心温柔，不经意渐渐对他产生好感。可是，对理沙而言是最配合不过的恋爱对象，偏偏他们的身高...... ラブ★コン（恋爱情结）是Lovely Complex的简写，理沙和大谷究竟能否跨越这个情结呢？。
