Los Angeles City Council Debates Red-Light Cameras
Los Angeles City Councilmen Tony Cardenas and Paul Koretz speak at a city council meeting on June 21 about whether the city should allow its contract with a supplier of red-light cameras to expire.   The Los Angeles Police Commission voted last month to end its agreement with American Traffic Solutions Inc., citing the expense.
