Misae is starting to move on from Igarashi and begins to spend more time with Katsuki, realizing that she has feelings for him.  After spending the afternoon with Misae and her friends, Katsuki realizes that he is not the real Katsuki at all, but rather a spirit sent by the late Katsuki to make sure Misae gets her wish. Misae confesses her feeling for Katsuki at the autumn festival. He grants her wish, but then disappears.
