福島・南相馬市の農家が出荷した牛11頭の肉から暫定規制値上回る放射性セシウム検出
福島・南相馬市の農家が出荷した牛肉から暫定規制値を上回る放射性物質が検出された問題で、この農家が出荷したほかの10頭の肉についても、規制値を超えていたことがわかった。東京都によると、南相馬市の農家が出荷した牛11頭のうちの1頭の肉から、8日、国の暫定規制値を上回る放射性セシウムが検出され、その後の検査で、残り10頭の肉についても規制値を超えていたという。5月30日以降、同じ農家から、都内にはこのほかに5頭の肉が出荷され、流通しているということで、東京都が販売先の特定などを急いでいる。放射性物質が検出されたことを受けて、福島県は南相馬市に対して、牛肉の出荷の自粛を要請した。
