地政總署質疑恒地有關天匯單位撻訂做法不尋常
恒基地產向立法會提交就天匯取消交易，回覆地政總署的信件，當中披露，20個撻訂單位，買家已支付一成至一成半樓價，但恒地只向買家沒收訂金，即5%樓價，並向買家退回餘額，合共1.75億元，地政總署質疑恒地做法「不尋常」。 政府透露，警方及其他執法部門正調查天匯事件。 有法律界人士認為，恒地只沒收5%訂金，做法十分罕見和不尋常。
