The British band, Radiohead hopes to use the Internet to promote their new album, only in a different way than most.  The band will offer their new album on their website, not on any other digital music store. Except the catch is that fans can pay as much as they feel is necessary for the album, aside from a 50-cent processing fee. So will this way of selling records be successful and start a new trend?
