A heart beats inside a man on a horse. A kid rides on a carousel. Turns out our beating-heart man is actually on the carousel, too. A crow poops on the mans head. The man dreams of riding a real hourse with a fair lass riding with him. The heart beats on and the carousel goes round. The video becomes more surreal as we go inside the head of the organist playing that crazy carnival music. With her is a crazed band of misfits playing their instruments like all hell. Meanwhile, on the carousel, children act like little violent creatures and the man pulls out a gun. He takes aim...  Where is this going? Well, just watch to find out.
