鄭汝樺：藥後駕駛測試準繩度高
政府建議打擊藥後駕駛，若果駕駛者的體內含有6種常被濫用的毒品，均屬違法。 運輸及房屋局局長鄭汝樺在本台節目表示，建議立法是希望保障道路安全，提高司機安全駕駛的意識，初步會將有關罰則等同於醉酒駕駛。 鄭汝樺表示，建議授權警方要求懷疑藥駕的司機，進行5種行為反應測試，包括行直線及觀察瞳孔，有關做法在英國已實行超過10年，準繩度超過9成，當局會盡量做足5項評估的工作。 鄭汝樺表示，可能有司機會服食一般藥物後駕駛，但她強調，若果身體感到不適，就不應駕駛。
