女子スピードスケートの高木美帆選手、地元で町民栄誉賞授賞式に出席
バンクーバーオリンピックの女子スピードスケート、高木美帆選手が地元、北海道・幕別町で町民栄誉賞の授賞式に出席した。日本スピードスケート界史上最年少、15歳でオリンピック出場を果たした高木美帆選手は、地元、幕別町の町民栄誉賞を受賞した。高木選手は「これからは、この賞をもらえたっていうことに恥じることのないよう、日々の努力を忘れずに、自分の目標に向かってコツコツと、頑張っていきたいと思います」と話した。
